    • Turnaround Time

      Once your order is placed you'll be contacted within 24 hours to schedule a phone call to discuss consultation and direction for your website development. The initial concept, based on the direction/details provided, is delivered within 10-14 days. 

    • Revision Policy

      Website revisions are completed within 3-5 business days.

       

      3 rounds of revisions are provided through the design process. Additional revisions are subject to a $75 fee, for each additional round. Revisions are only available within 30 days of receiving the initial concepts. Further changes may require a new web editing/update order.

    • Cancellation/Refund Policy

      Due to the nature of the services offered, 50% of payment for Web Development service is non-refundable.
